I just noticed that this appears in the footer of my emails, under the [COMPANY_FULL_ADDRESS] area, rather than my own company address.

Why would this be?
Hey Travis! This is an issue with ElasticEmail sometimes parsing your company address tag incorrectly... we’re not sure why they do this, and it’s been an issue for a few users. I can move you to another tier that skips ElasticEmail until this is resolved.
I am having the same issue. It keeps plugging in my personal billing address and not the company's address. How can I update it as well?
NicoPengin hi there! It’s actually supposed to be your address - by law, marketing emails must have a physical address of the sender in the text somewhere.
admin Right, so how do I update the physical address to be the company's address and not my personal billing address? The address currently in use is a mailing address lol. And I thought of just updating it in the company section in my account but it doesn't update when I do a test template or send the emails? Please advise.
There are two places to add your address — the account address (this is what you would have typed in when you sign up). Change it by clicking on your icon in the top-right of the screen.
The other place is on each list — if you don't add an address here, the system will pull in your account address instead. To change your list address, just click on the List menu option, then "Update" whichever list you need to change!
Hope this helps!
admin YES! thank you the list option worked!
