I had this same issue on this same email address earlier when I manually added the email on the Author.Email dashbaord. It's an alternate email of mine.
I then 'subscribed' to the tester list using the url form signup page and entered my info and alternate email.
I received the exsact same issue.
Can anyone tell me what the issue here is? I don't understand how the email is not verified.
