Autoresponders Pausing Themselves?

I have a six-stage autoresponder sequence set up. Or, I thought I did.
I just happened to notice that all of them are PAUSED for some reason. The entire sequence.
I did not do this.
I have no idea how long they've been paused. But given the numbers they're showing, they've been paused for a while. Like "a couple thousand new subscribers who never received my onboarding sequence" a while. The last time I messed with them was late May, based on another forum question that I had. But I made sure they were all turned back on.
This is incredibly frustrating.
Thoughts on how this might have happened?
If I turn them all back on again, will these new people get a bewildering boatload of emails all at once? Will they not receive any of them at all?
This feels like a very serious cluster#*&K to me.

Definitely experiencing the same issue with my autoresponders and it also not sending to newly imported list.

LeeahTaylor hi Leeah! Your issue is different - it turns out your trial period has ended, and you should see a note to upgrade your account to a paid plan based on the number of subscribers you have. Once you do, you’ll be able to unpause your autoresponders and things should run smoothly!

It sucks, but I'm glad to hear it's not just me. To me, this should be a high-priority troubleshooting item, because we're in this to woo new subscribers and build relationships with them, and the quickest way to squander any goodwill at all is to spam them with AR emails when we turn the onboarding sequence back on.

TravisHeermann hey Travis - as my email mentioned, I do think this is an issue specific to your account (not system-wide). Unless you also had your trial plan end around the time you noticed these autoresponders getting paused, and then signed up for a paid account and didn’t unpause them, I believe your issue is unrelated.

admin actually, I should have a paid plan. I paid one? Had a charge on my bank account for one? And it shows in my account as ending on August 3rd. A little confused...
