I just imported a refined and pruned list from Mailchimp, and I set the autoresponder to send to this list, but when I checked the campaign, it said all emails sent, 0 delivered. Why is that?
Also, I think I was double-charged for my subscription.
First, we'll have to make sure your sending email address is verified through our delivery servers. Can you send us an email at email@example.com?
Also, if you find your statement and see that you were in fact somehow double-billed, we'll absolutely generate a refund! Just let us know!
This was the issue, and after sending you an email and getting my email address verified, it worked.
