I set up a campaign to go out today at 10 am - but the system is now telling me that it is being delayed as I have exceeded my Quota....Is there an issue going on at the moment? I thought that we had unlimited email sends and didn't have a quota.
My list is only 3500 so hasn't exceeded the 9999 limit but the dash is showing that I have exceeded my day Quota of 31 (Even though Feb 2021 has 28 days?). Is this a bug?
There isn't an issue with the servers, but we did find that there was a quota counter that should not have been on... I've disabled it now, and will be looking at this as we go! Please do reach out if you notice this happening again!
